From the makers of Alice in Wonderland, comes another animated classic dedicated to all dogs, be it ladies or tramps!
The film gives us an inside look at the life of a dog named Lady (voiced by Barbara Luddy). She's from a wealthy family who takes care of her like a princess! The story sets up pretty well on how comfortable and blessed her life is when compared to the rest of her peers. But, treatment towards Lady changes the moment her owner's expecting a baby, and little does she know about the upcoming street adventure with her soon-to-be-sweetheart, Tramp (voiced by Larry Roberts)! Even though it's pitiful to see Lady's life turn upside down, we are glad to witness it end on a positive note! The pair is married and they have pups resembling their very looks, living in the same house Lady grew up!
The classic hand drawn animation is a major triumph! You could feel the Christmas warmth, the winter, the town and the colours leaping out of the screen! Tramp picking his choice of restaurant for a meal, puppy Lady refusing to sleep alone, Tramp teaching Lady the other side of a dog's life and of course, the iconic spaghetti-sharing scene are nothing but fabulous!
