OKAY

Think the grand entrance by Tony in Stark Expo promises a topper sequel?

Let's admit first that there's a slight tension that makes you do not want the bad guys to get hold of the War Machine. Scarlett Johansson as Agent Natasha Romanoff is a plim-looking stargazer! Mickey Rourke as Ivan Vanko / Whiplash-Crimson Dynamo has the looks of a menacing badass, with an equally threatening electrical blades. Sam Rockwell stands out as Justin Hammer.

Scenes such as the briefcase suit fix-up, drunk party & basis of Avengers Initiative are well done. Holograms this time are far advanced! Basically, the script's all right. Screenplay however, not so. Mostly dull actions, except for the water park roundhouse settlement with the drones! Stark exploring Howard's technology is compelling.

There are so many plain stodgy dialogue scenes that do not add any weight to the film. Due to this, the spark between Tony & Pepper isn't bright enough here. Recreation of a new element spikes up awesome, only to flounder flat shortly. The same can be said about the ultimate finale duel with our antagonist.

Green screen rendition during the race cars explosion behind Ivan is apparent. How does Rhodey (Don Cheadle) have access to Tony's basement of Iron Man armors? Small kid standing fearlessly to block a besieging robot? How does Tony know where to locate & save Pepper all of a sudden during the resolution?

You can be rich, but will you be allowed to drive a racing car on a track if you do not know how to? Let's assume Tony knows how to because the film doesn't care to explain this. And this crazy idea's just something that popped out of the blue in his mind, how does the villain know where to appear?

Again, this movie is a reminder of the fact that Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) enjoys being the superhero he is, that makes the character so likable! It's the only kind of show-off that people would love to fall in love with!

"If you can make God bleed, then people will cease to believe in him."
