3:10 to Yuma isn't the most interesting Western you'd see out there in the market, for the back-to-back chase sequences are lukewarm due to not having much tension and drama juice to fuel the runtime.
But, this film owes its ability to work to an extent to two major reasons - Russell Crowe as Ben Wade and Christian Bale as Dan Evans. Both their performances are great, especially Russell Crowe. Psychological banters between the two will keep you watching the show. The setting, time period, casting and costumes are the brighter aspects of this motion picture as well.
